An Exclusive Living Garden Celebration Space
More than simply hiring a venue, you are securing an exclusive destination weekend wedding celebration space unlike any other.
Kampvuur & Konfetti is a living indoor garden sanctuary — an enchanting space where lush greenery climbs the walls, vibrant plant life softens every corner, and a canopy of cascading foliage overhead creates the feeling of celebrating in nature while still enjoying the comfort, elegance, and refinement of an indoor setting.
Outside, beautifully manicured gardens surround the venue with romance and tranquillity, offering breathtaking spaces for photographs, quiet moments together, and unforgettable celebrations beneath the open sky. Every plant, pathway, and carefully curated detail is lovingly tended each day, creating an atmosphere that feels warm, vibrant, and deeply special.
Adding to the venue's natural charm is a beautifully designed Boma area positioned in front of the venue, offering ample seating around a welcoming open fire, set against the backdrop of a striking water feature. This gathering space brings together the soothing sounds of flowing water, the warmth of firelight, and the beauty of nature — a magical setting for guests to relax, connect, and celebrate. An elevated terrace lounge overlooks both the Boma and water feature, providing a peaceful and elegant vantage point from which to take in the surroundings.

The Wedding Package
The total wedding package price is dependent on the number of guests attending your celebration. Kindly note that the package includes accommodation for seven rooms, which may be shared or contributed towards by the staying guests, should you prefer this arrangement. All quoted wedding packages are exclusive of VAT.
Coordination
We have an on-site Venue Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of your celebration. Should you prefer a dedicated Wedding Coordinator, we would be happy to recommend trusted professionals.
Accommodation & Included Meals
Seven double rooms are available on-site, with one complimentary room reserved for the bridal couple. Rooms are booked for a minimum two-night stay at R1,750 per room per night (incl. VAT), with additional nearby options available.
R1,750 per room per night accommodation rate includes a delicious Friday evening braai for two guests, as well as breakfast for two guests on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Accommodation may be settled directly with the couple or paid to the venue. A separate, private venue space with a cash bar is arranged for the Friday gathering. Our accommodation brochure includes a QR code linking to a video tour of the rooms.
Service Providers
While our packages do not include outside suppliers, we are more than happy to recommend excellent local service providers — from photographers, florists, and DJs to hair, makeup, and everything in between.
Deposit & Payment Terms
To secure your wedding date, we require a non-refundable deposit of R10,000. The remaining balance is payable 40 days prior to your wedding date. All quoted packages are exclusive of VAT.

Soft, fresh, and beautifully organic — perfect for a garden-inspired celebration that blends effortlessly with the surroundings.
Should you have a specific décor vision in mind, additional décor elements can be arranged at an additional cost.
Catering & Celebration Touches
The wedding package includes catering, with a choice between the two menus. Both options feature a beautifully curated canapé table, designed to welcome your guests and create a warm and inviting start to your celebration.

Noise Curfew & Cash Bar
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, our cut-off time for loud music and the open bar is midnight (00:00).
